Grab the machine
Use the passcode to open the locker at the venue. Machine, full hopper of balls and charger are inside.
Enjoy your session
Set speed, spin and feed rate from the panel or companion app. Repeat any shot until it sticks.
Return it
Collect balls, power down, reconnect the charger and lock up. Ready for the next player in minutes.

Rules, safety & FAQ.
Do I need to book the court too?
Yes. Machine hire does not include the court. Please book your court for the exact same time slot — indoor or outdoor hard court works.
What happens if it rains?
Do not use the machine on wet courts. Stop immediately if rain starts, return the machine, and message us — we issue a full rain-check credit.
Can beginners use it?
Absolutely. We set slow, high feeds for your first session and share a 2-minute Quick Guide. You control speed, spin and feed rate.
Cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session. Within 24 hours the session is chargeable unless we rebook the slot.
Safety & care
- 18+ to operate; juniors only with adult supervision
- Switch OFF before refilling balls or clearing a jam
- Only supplied balls — never wet, old or oversized balls
- Never stand in front of the ejection point
- Last 5 minutes: collect balls, power down, reconnect charger, lock up
